This statement is made pursuant to section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps Mindshift Systems Ltd has taken to ensure that slavery and human trafficking are not taking place in our business or supply chains.
Mindshift Systems Ltd is a UK-registered software engineering and IT consultancy (Company No. 15844266).
Our Business
We provide bespoke software development, technical consultancy, and systems integration services. Our operations are based in the United Kingdom, and our workforce consists primarily of directly employed professional staff.
Our supply chains are limited and predominantly comprise technology services, cloud infrastructure providers, and professional services.
Our Policies
We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all business relationships. We expect the same standards from those who work on our behalf.
We maintain internal policies that reflect our commitment to lawful and ethical conduct, including fair treatment of employees and contractors.
Due Diligence
We assess potential risks of modern slavery in our supply chains and take appropriate steps to mitigate identified risks.

Training and Awareness
